The reality is Covid pushed many shoppers online which has forever shifted the way people shop, even locally. Now more than ever there is a very high expectation websites should be easy to use. When this need is not met people can quickly get frustrated and not complete their purchase.
Dani saw the value in investing in a new website to improve her online store experience for her customers.
Behind the scenes we had thoughtful strategy meetings covering copy, flow and feel of the new website design. Since launch we have seen an improvement in the shop’s visibility resulting in an increased amount of leads coming from searches on the web. From these leads we are seeing customers are not only looking, but an increased percentage are placing orders for florals and plants once they click on the website.
The outcome of this beautiful, yet functional, website redesign has resulted in a much larger than expected increase in online sales — which means more happy customers!
Additionally the thoughtful and strategic setup of the e-commerce checkout has streamlined the process of receiving orders on the back end at the shop, decreasing errors and stress! A true win-win.

The website is the tangible deliverable my clients receive while working together, but the transformation behind the scenes is where the magic happens. Through what I call Jam Sessions these 1:1s become a place to dive deep into their business. My client’s are provided with a platform to collaborate in between our 1:1s. This allows us to move their project forward while having me on their team as they work through their business growth on many different levels.
